iron gym, does it really work?
i have been woundering if that iron gym works..you know the pull up bar that comes with the ab straps and you use it for push-ups and sit-ups aswell..so if anyone has it can you tell me if it really does work? thank you
I have one of these. It works pretty good.
Pull ups: great for pull ups. hooks easily to a door frame IF you have about 12 inches of space between the top of the doorframe and the ceiling. (I don’t and when I want to use it I have to put it on the outside of my front door.)
push ups on it are good and provide a good range of motion.
Sit ups are okay, but nothing more.
dips are stupid on this thing. You don’t get enough range of motion.
Ab straps don’t come with it, you have to send for them and pay $8 in shipping.
All in all, worth the $20. And it won’t damage your doorframe at all.
